A 15 years old by Ogunseye Daniel who ply his trade with a Lagos based football club Zenith Emperor Football Club, yesterday made his professional debut in the 2020/2021 Nation Wide League One (NLO) season.
Daniel who came in into the pitch for action in the 78 minutes for his club who are in group A after Ahmed Ismail was substituted for him tested the water of the third division against Gbagada FC which ended 2-2 at the Remo Stadium, Ikenne, Ogun State.

The young diminutive striker who looks alien in the league, in chat with sportxvibe.com.ng revealed that his mind was unsettled at the height and physique of his opponents who looked lanky but forged ahead to showcase his potentials after words of encouragement by his coach Uwem Stanley.
The SS3 Art department student of Enny-Dave Private School in Lagos said he felt elated to make his debut professionally, adding that is a privilege to start at an early age.

“It was fine. I felt good playing in NLO, It is a great opportunity starting football at young age.” He stated.
He added that he dreams to play in the national team and Barcelona in Spain and to make his family proud.
“I want to score goals for the club, to make my family proud and the coaches. I dream to play in the national league and abroad in Barcelona, Spain.” He said.
Speaking with the assistant coach of the club, Nwakwo Ebenezer, He said the brain behind the club is to unearth talents of young ones and give them the platform to show to the world what they can do.
“One of the reason I joined this club is because of the array of young talent and we are here to help them. Here at the club we support youngster and give them the platform to grow their career.” He said.
