Intensive Training Under Experienced Coach

The training was led by ex-Nigerian international Akinkunmi Julius Akinsehinde, whose extensive coaching experience played a crucial role in shaping the players. The session focused on fitness, positioning, and tactical play development to build a solid foundation for the upcoming season.

Akinsehinde, supported by his coaching staff, expressed confidence in the squad’s potential. He emphasized the importance of rigorous training in instilling a modern football culture that will be essential for the club’s success.

“The boys need more training. We are just starting, but I believe that with time, we will build synergy and implement modern football strategies on the field,” Akinsehinde stated.

Acknowledgment of Club Visionary

The coach also took time to appreciate the club’s founder, Engr. Dr. Darlington Ugota, for his commitment to nurturing young talents by creating a platform for them to excel.

“We give kudos to Engr. Dr. Darlington Ugota. He is deeply passionate about this club’s progress, and his vision is inspiring. We are committed to delivering excellence and making the people of Ebonyi proud,” he added.

One of Esthington FC’s key partners, Morrison Simpson, founder of Dee Circle Sports Consults, urged the players to remain focused and committed to their journey. He reassured them of the club’s strong welfare package and the unwavering support from management.
